Student Evaluations
Each year, I share my student evaluations openly with my classes and invite students to examine the data alongside me. Together, we review trends and patterns, using statistical tools such as t-tests, chi-square tests, and ANOVA to identify areas of strength as well as opportunities for growth. This process turns feedback into a meaningful learning experience while reinforcing the role of data analysis in reflective practice.
Beyond building analytical skills, this exercise creates a culture of trust and shared responsibility. It opens space for honest conversations about what is working, what is not, and how we can continue to improve the learning experience together. The most recent five years of my student evaluations are shared here for transparency and for those interested in conducting their own analysis.
